3. Refund Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will arrange for the product to be sent back to us. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
